“Day 52” Mile and a half swim and a light dinner
On day 52 of the STAND PERFECT 90 DAY SUPER HUMAN BODY TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE we visit with Chad Jasmine, the inventor of STAND PERFECT right after an evening mile and a half swim. He’s eating lighter these days and trying very hard not to eat after 6:00 pm.
His salad in this Vlog is light and simple, avocado, sunflower seeds, carrot slices, salt, pepper, Braggs apple cider vinegar and a tiny drizzle of virgin olive oil. A far cry from the three bowls of cereal he was eating every night during the 11:00 pm. Sports Center before the challenge started. You go girl!
